Nice work, sir. If I may ask a personal question, are you a 'Nam vet? Don't know how to describe it but I can easily recognize a Vietnam vet even if he doesn't wear something indicating so. It's the expression in their eyes.

Thank you very much,Boaz. Why yes I am a Vietnam Vet. From my deviantID:

2 combat tours with the Marines in Vietnam. 1st Reconnaissance Bn. 1967 -68 and 1st Military Police Bn. 1969 -70.

Perhaps what you're seeing is a "thousand yard stare": "The thousand-yard stare or two-thousand-yard stare is a phrase coined to describe the limp, unfocused gaze of a battle-weary soldier."

Thank you, miss Jasmin. What's he thinking? A clue. Look at where I signed it.

Uhm, the picture frame, can't tell though if it's a grave yard or just a garden w/a bridge

Nice drawing Robert, I think I like this as much as any ID I have seen. I was reading your reply to a comment, and you were referring to your eyesight. This last weekend I was working on a fine detail in the shoreline of a painting I am working on, and for the first time ever I had to take my glasses off so that I could focus up close to work properly. I guess it's all down hill from here for me. :-)

Thank you Warren. Maybe just a new eye exam for you. It seems a good thing that you'd focus better without your glasses.
